    MUMBAI:
    Nirmala College Kochi and Govt Higher Secondary School Panampally, Kochi got off to an impressive start to their campaigns as they thrashed the respective opponents from Guwahati on Day 1 of Reliance Foundation Youth Sports National Football Championship here today.
    In the College Boys category, Nirmala College made a mockery of their opponent Arya Vidyapeeth College-Guwahati as they strolled to a 14-0 victory. The one-sided match saw three hat-tricks being scored by the ban-action-sceen-during-rosary-college-goa-purple-match-against-indiraoys in yellow with Jithin M finding the net four times (45’, 47’, 50’, & 78’) while Sachin Sivan (35’, 43’, 57’) and Abdul K (51’, 52’, 55’) completing the other two hat-tricks.
    On the other hand, the Government Higher Secondary School Panampally, Kochi registered a convincing 6-2 victory over Guwahati’s Rajdhar Bora High Secondary School in the Senior Boys category. Main striker Adarsh AS sealed the fate for the opponents with a hat-trick in 37’, 90’ & 93’ minute.
