A big fan of football himself, Founder and CEO Byju Raveendran introduced this one-of-its-kind initiative to drive, motivate and reward the top performers. The top performers were taken on an all-expense paid 3-day trip to Russia followed by a fun 2-day trip to Dubai. Team BYJU’S strongly reflects the value of a football team. We believe that our success lies in team work, positive outlook and playing on our strengths. I have been watching Football World Cup since 2006, but this year it was special as I could take a 100 member team to be a part of the biggest sporting event in the world.”
Last year, BYJU’S took 30+ top performers for a fun trip to Barcelona and this year close to 100 members to Russia. Next batch of top performers will be taken to the Cricket World Cup in England.
