This book covers topic- wise commentary on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 and latest amendments made by Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Act, 2018 and Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018.
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is a unified code which seeks to consolidate and amend the laws relating to reorganisation and insolvency resolution of corporate persons, partnership firms and individuals. The bankruptcy code is a one stop solution for resolving insolvencies which at present is a long and costly process.

This platform provides a complete database of case laws, Acts, Rules, circulars, notifications, authored articles and commentaries.
Taxmann will shortly release an examination module which would help the aspirants to prepare for the Limited Insolvency Exam conducted by the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India so as to become the Insolvency Professional.
