KOCHI:
Axis Bank is helping victims of the floods in Kerala and is providing relief kits in Kottayam, Changanaserry, Palai and Vaikom. A team of Axis Bank employees will be distributing the relief kits in these flood stricken areas.
Torrential rains have impacted the region of Kerala recently, disrupting normalcy amongst its residents. Assessing the situation in the state, Axis Bank has also extended support to the aggrieved by distributing food to relief camps and relief kits to victims stranded within their own houses.
The Regional Branch Banking Head (South) at Axis Bank, Sadashiv Mallaya, said “We feel extremely privileged to have been able in the forefront of activities that support the communities we serve and this is no different. I applaud the teams that have come together to attend to the people who need support at this hour.’’
