  • Credai Kerala State Conference at Kochi on Nov 23 and 24

    KOCHI:
    CREDAI KERALA, the State Chapter of CREDAI (Confederation Of Real Estate Developers Association Of India), the apex body of Real Estate Developers in India, announced the fourth edition of the State Conference, “STATECON, 2018,” to be held at Grand Hyatt, Kochi , on November 23 – 24, 2018.

    Dr. Najeeb Zackeria, Chairman, CREDAI Kerala and M.V Antony, Conference Chairman stated that the two day conference aims at strengthening ties, build new relationships, discuss various issues pertaining to the sector, exchange ideas and promote cooperation among the members and various stakeholders of Construction industry. Over 300 Real Estate Developers from five city chapters of our state – Kochi, Trivandrum, Thrissur, Calicut and Palakkad – will attend the conference. Apart from this another 100 delegates from related fields including Architects, Structural consultants, Practicing engineers, MEP consultants, Contracting companies and Trade bodies like CII, BAI, KMA, IAA, IPA etc will also attend the conference.

    JLL, India’s premier and largest professional services firm, specializing in Real Estate, is associating with CREDAI Kerala, as the Knowledge Partner for the StateCon. JLL will also be unveiling a report on the Kerala Real Estate
    scenario during this Statecon. The theme of the fourth edition of the conference will be “Embracing Change, Redefining Success”.

    Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament will inaugurate the State Conference at 9.30 am on 23 rd , November, 2018.
    Jaxay Shah, President, CREDAI – National will be the Guest of Honor. Eminent Speakers and senior professionals from the Real Estate, finance and marketing sectors will address the gathering and share their experiences on the technology, finance and marketing. For the first time we will be having sessions on 3D Printing and 3D casting, believed to be the future of construction.

    Pawan Agarwal, an international motivational speaker, Author, Educationalist and successful Entrepreneur who takes the story of the Mumbai Dabbawalas to the corporate India and the world will also be addressing the gathering.
    The valedictory session of the Statecon will be held at 1 pm on 24 th Nov.
