    NEW DELHI:
IndiaLends, a major digital lending platform, was conferred the prestigious SKOCH FinTech Award 2019 at the 58th SKOCH Summit held in New Delhi on June 29, 2019. The theme of the Summit this year was ‘ModiNomics 2.0 — Macroeconomic Agenda’.

IndiaLends won the ‘Order-of-Merit’ Award in recognition of its contribution to the growth of the FinTech sector and its efforts to leverage technology to provide unsecured credit to a wide range of borrowers across consumer segments. IndiaLends uses proprietary algorithms to connect borrowers with the appropriate banks and financial institutions, and helps borrowers and lenders make better credit decisions.

IndiaLends Founder and CEO Gaurav Chopra said, “I am proud and delighted to receive this Award on behalf of my entire team. This award is a recognition of the hard work put by each person involved in building this innovative and interactive platform that has changed the way people access credit products today in the market. We are happy that our customers, as well as partners, have appreciated our sustained efforts and commitment towards building a trustworthy brand that is striving to bring a change in the status quo of the financial sector. Our differentiated solution gives us a competitive advantage and we will continue to develop and focus on technological innovations to customize and continually improve consumer experiences as well as seamlessly add new features, channels and markets.”

Chopra was recently also conferred the ‘BW Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award 2019’ at the 5th Annual Young Entrepreneur’s Summit.
