Rising Pune Supergiant today announced the appointment of Steve Smith as their new captain for the forthcoming edition of IPL season 10.

Steve Smith ended 2016 on a high note after topping the ICC rankings due to his high octane performances throughout the year. Known as a hard hitting batsman Steve Smith will bring in all his experiences playing for the Australian side, besides Big Bash as well as IPL.
