  • KPIT Collaborates with IIT Madras to Offer M.Tech Programs for Employees

    PUNE:
    KPIT Technologies, a global leader in building mobility solutions for a cleaner, smarter, and safer world, has partnered with IIT Madras, India’s premier engineering institution, to offer specialized M.Tech programs for its employees. This initiative is part of KPIT’s ‘Higher Education Initiative’ under the KPIT Academy, underscores the company’s commitment to continuous learning and its ‘Best Place to Grow’ mission.

    These specially designed programs from IIT Madras cater exclusively to working professionals, developed in close collaboration with faculty and industry leaders to ensure real-world relevance. KPIT employees will benefit from courses tailored to critical and emerging skills in the automotive sector, such as Cybersecurity, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Advanced Digital & Image Processing. Delivered fully online, the programs enable employees to seamlessly balance their work and academic commitments. Each program was carefully selected based on a thorough review to ensure alignment with KPIT’s business objectives and the fast-evolving needs of the automotive and mobility ecosystem.

By providing a flexible and rigorous learning experience, we aim to equip KPIT employees with the expertise to drive innovation and technological advancement in the automotive sector.” 

    Eligible employees with a B.Tech degree and two years of experience at KPIT can apply for the program. The first batch of selected professionals has already begun their journey, marking a significant step toward advancing KPIT’s capabilities in the automotive sector. Upon successful completion, employees will be eligible for job rotations, utilizing their newly acquired skills. The program will open annually for new applicants.
