KOCHI:
The installation ceremony of the newly elected office bearers of CREDAI Kochi (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India – Kochi Chapter) for the 2025-27 term was held at Taj Vivanta, Marine Drive, Kochi.
The event was presided over by Loknath Behera (Retd. IPS), Managing Director of KMRL, with M.A. Mehaboob, Vice President of CREDAI South Zone and CREDAI National, officiating the formal installation.
During his address, Behera emphasized that Kerala boasts some of the most beautiful homes in the country and added that the new generation has immense scope to innovate in architecture and design. CREDAI Kerala Chairman Ravi Jacob and Convener General S.N. Raghuchandran Nair were also present.
The newly elected office bearers of CREDAI Kochi for 2025-27 are:

- Secretary: K. Anil Varma, Managing Director, Varma Homes Pvt. Ltd.
- Treasurer: K.T. Mathew, Managing Director, Classic Constructions
