

KOCHI:
Aakash Educational Services Limited (AESL), the national leader in test preparatory services, joined hands with Cochin Corporation today for its Community Kitchen initiative to distribute food packets across the city. As part of the initiative, 5,000 food packets will be distributed three times in a day from this community kitchen in the city coordinated by Cochin Corporation and Karayogram, a non-profit organization, for Covid-19 affected families.
During the inauguration of the initiative today, a cheque with an amount of Rs 4 lakhs was handed over to Cochin Corporation standing Committee Chairman, P R Reneesh by Arun Viswanath, Cluster Head, Aakash Educational Services Ltd.
The same initiative has been coordinated across Kerala by Aakash Institute branches located in various cities in the state and AESL will be donating an amount of Rs 12 lakhs for this noble cause.
Commenting on the noble initiative, Aakash Chaudhry, Managing Director, Aakash Educational Services Limited said: “Our company is fully committed to provide the best possible assistance to the needy during this grim hour. To support everyone around, the company has partnered with this noble initiative which will help thousands of families. We hope to benefit as much people as we can.”
