  • ACCLA Reaches Out to the Less Fortunate as Part of International Chef Day

    GOA:
    American College of Culinary and Language Arts (ACCLA) recently celebrated International Chefs’ Day with a community service activity where students and faculty members teamed up to prepare a meal for the needy and less fortunate.

    The team at ACCLA planned a nutritious meal of vegetarian pulao and chicken curry and distributed the food packets to the needy in and around the city of Margao. A team of 25 members including faculty and students distributed 400 hygienically packed food packets to people in Khareband, around the Konkan Railway Station and the Margao KTC Bus Stand.
