    THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
    Amrita Civil Service Academy’s training programme for its new batch of civil service aspirants was inaugurated on Wednesday by former Kerala Chief Secretary S.M. Vijayanand with a talk on the unique nature and challenges of the civil serviPic 1ces.
    Swami Turiyamrithanandapuri, Swami Sivamrita Chaitanya and Brahmachari Sudeep, Director, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, participated in the function held in the Amriteshwari Hall of the Academy at Cotton Hill, Vazhuthacaud.
    Faculty Chairman of the Academy Prof K. Gopalakrishnan presided over the function and Administration Director S. Jayakumar delivered the welcome address.
