In recognition of their medal winning achievements in the recently concluded Paralympics 2016 in Rio, Aster DM Healthcare will offer Lifetime Healthcare to the Indian champions through its CSR division Aster D

When Sachin Tendulkar discussed the felicitation of these Rio Paralympic medal winners and requested if Aster can take care of them for life, I immediately agreed whole heartedly. Physical fitness is most important for sports personnel and having access to healthcare facility forms a critical part of this. Aster DM Healthcare will support the champions in case of health issues. Sports Medicine is offered across some of the Aster facilities in the country, which can be utilised by them effectively. The Aster network will continue to be available beyond the sporting career of these champions. We believe that this endeavour can be of significant relevance to them,” he added.

It also operates Aster Clinics in Bengaluru which provide one-stop medical facilities and healthcare services for the entire family and are a gateway to good health in the neighbourhood. The company is also the healthcare partner for Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) and manages the medical services facility at Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru.
