As part of ‘Swachhta Hi Sewa’ (SHS) campaign, all officers and staff of the Coconut Development Board, Head Office, Kochi cleaned premises of the Board Office.
Saradindu Das, Chief Coconut Development Officer and Dr. A.K. Nandi, Secretary, Coconut Development Board led the ‘Shramdaan’ activities. The Prime Minister Narendra Modi has called upon the nation to undertake ‘Swachhta Hi Sewa’ (SHS) campaign from 15th September to 2nd October (Gandhi Jayanti) 2017. Aim of the campaign is to intensifying the focus on cleanliness and creates an environment of cleanliness across the country. The Board has also given instructions to all its unit offices to undertake similar cleaning activities in their office premises.
