  • Credai Kerala State Conference-2017 on Nov 24 and 25

    KOCHI:
    The two day State level Conference of Credai Kerala will be held at Hotel Crowne Plaza in Kochi,  on 24th  and 25th.
    Over 250 professional Developers from Thiruvananthapuram, Kochi, Thrissur, Palakkad and Kozhikode Chapters will be participating in this conference.  The objective of this year’s Conference is to establish Kerala as an emerging hub of Real Estate in India in the coming years. The theme for the conference is “Revive – Reinvent – Refocus”.
    During the Conference, transformation of the Construction Industry in the past couple of decades, present trends and the way forward will be discussed. Technical sessions and panel discussions will be held on various topics including Technology in Construction, Marketing, Funding and Branding.
    “Social Marketing – a boon or a bane” will discuss the potential and possibilities of Social Media as a cost effective yet, powerful marketing tool.  “Finance – New Investment Frontiers” will be handled by A.S. Sivaramakrishnan – Head Residential Services, CBRE,   Srini Sreenivasan, CEO, Kotak Realty, Yash Nadkarni, Director, KKR and J.K .Thakar, GM, SBI. The innovations in construction including Manufactured Homes and Affordable automation in construction will also be discussed
    during the Conference. Highlight of the Conference will be “Technology as a Disruptor” and  “New horizons and Brand perception change – you may be missing”.
    Prominent speakers will address the gathering and lead the panel discussions.  The list include Prasanjeet Baruah, Business Head, India – Telecom & Auto, Facebook, Prashant Thakur, Head of Research, Anarock Properties, Consultants,  Prof. Piyush Kumar Sinha, IIM Ahemadabad, Sunil MK, Country Head, Autodesk, Arul Jayachandran, IIT Madras, Sandip Mukhopadyay – Head of Mortgages, Consumer Banking India, DBS and many more.
    Prof. K V Thomas, MP will be the Chief Guest of the Inaugural function. Credai National President . Jaxay Shah will be the Guest of Honour.  Justice Devan Ramachandran will be the chief guest at the
    valedictory function.
