

KOCHI:
A cheque of Rs. 86 Lakh donated by the teaching and non- teaching staff of Cochin University of Science and Technology to the Chief Minister’s Distress Relief Fund was handed over to P. Rajeeve, Minister for Industries, Law and Coir by Vice Chancellor Dr. K. N. Madhusoodanan. Employees donated their instalments of the salary challenge reimbursed by the Government of Kerala.
A cheque of Rs. 5,20,000/- was also handed over to the Minister at the function by Cochin University Teachers’ Association (CUTA), collected towards Cheif Minister’s vaccination challenge. Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. P.G. Sankaran, Registrar Dr. Meera V., Finance Officer Sudheer M.S., Controller of Examinatios Dr. Benjamin Varghese P., Syndicate members K.K. Krishnakumar, Youth Welfare Director Dr. P.K. Baby, Dr. K. Ajitha, Dr. Arun Balakrishnan (CUTA), and Sinesh A.S. were also present.
