KOCHI:
Cochin University of Science and Technology, Cusat, has invited applications for the post of Programmer for the e-Governance project. The appointment will be on contract basis initially for a period of one year (extendable up to 3 years or till regular appointments are made) with a consolidated pay of Rs.40,000.
Minimum qualification required is B.Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering/ Information Technology or MCA with first class (full time regular course) with minimum 3 years’ experience in open source technology on environment like PHP, Python or Java, using RDBMS tools in MYSQL and or Postgress, operating systems platforms LINUX. Experience has to be from University/Government/Quasi Government Institutions/Public Sector Undertakings/Public Limited Companies.
