The fast-growing IT sector in Malabar is gearing up for a vibrant Cyber Carnival this week, engaging employees at Government Cyberpark and UL Cyberpark on April 9 and 10 with a range of recreational events aimed at relieving work stress.
Cyberpark CEO Susanth Kurunthil will inaugurate the two-day extravaganza, being organised by the employees of Kozhikode Cyberpark, which will run from 6 pm to 10 pm on both days.
The carnival will feature a food festival, flea market, DJ nights and music performances. While the flea market will showcase textiles from top city stores, the cultural programs will be by Cyberpark employees.
Organized to also boost camaraderie among employees, the carnival will have its proceeds beyond event expenses going towards palliative care, according to Cyberpark General Manager Vivek Nair.
