As part ofthe state-wide 90-day intensive campaign “Drug-free Kerala,” launched by Vimukthi Mission under the Excise Department, a football tournament was organised for Plus Two students at Government Higher Secondary School, Pala in the district.
The tournament was organised under the aegis of Excise Circle, Iritty, and Samskrithi Grama Vikasana Kendram. Surendran, Chairman, Education Standing Committee, Grama Panchayat, Muzhakunnu, inaugurated the valedictory function where Sinu Koyilathu, Range Excise Inspector, Peravoor, gave away the trophy and medals to the winners of the tournament.
Sunil Kumar, Sub Inspector of Police, Muzhakunnu, distributed the trophy and medals to the runners-up. Rameez, PT Teacher, Government Higher Secondary School, Pala, proposed a vote of thanks.
