By NE Reporter on December 5, 2020

    KOZHIKODE:
The Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode is all set to organize its first Doctoral Symposium, virtually the coming week. The star-studded Doctoral Symposium (DS2020) will witness the assembly of nearly a dozen distinguished workshop and keynote speakers from December 9-11, 2020.

The Symposium will also dwell on how to package one’s research either as cases or research papers, how to merge one’s research portfolio with teaching responsibilities as a future academic, how to reconcile impact-driven research with impact-factor -driven research, and also on how to be mindful of research motivated by political ideology.

Academic luminaries belonging to top international academic institutions like University of New York, University of Utah, University of Sussex Business School, University of Texas at Dallas, Texas A&M University, Australian National University will be the keynote speakers for DS2020. These experts will share their insights on a range of topic like Management, Business, E-Commerce, Information Systems, Blue ocean strategy, Finance, Social Entrepreneurship and ICT for Development, Leadership and Organisation Studies and Machine Learning.

DS2020 would also feature around 50 papers presented by a cohort of mostly Doctoral Students during the three-day online event.
