KOZHIKODE:
A one day workshop on ‘Management Education in India’ for Executive MBA students from Victoria Business School, Wellington, New Zealand was organised on 26 June 2018 at the Kochi Campus of IIM Kozhikode.
The programme was led by Prof. Rudra Sensarma, Professor of Economics and Prof. Joshy Joseph, Professor of Marketing Management of IIM Kozhikode, and Prof. Arun Elias, Associate Dean, Victoria Business School.
Prof. Rudra Sensarma conducted a session on ‘Indian Economic Environment’. The participants engaged in an interactive session on the Challenges and Opportunities of Doing Business in India with industry leaders including Hrishikesh Nair (CEO, Infoparks Kerala), Parveen Hafeez (MD, Sunrise Hospitals), Vinay James Kynadi (CEO, Herbz International), Jijo G John (CEO, Calpine group) and Jainendran G (Director, Eten Craft). The team also visited Tata Consultancy Services, Kochi as part of the workshop.
