  • India’s Largest Food Delivery Platform Swiggy Enters Goa

    Swiggy, the largest food ordering and delivery platform in India has expanded its footprint as it launches services in Panaji. In the last year, Swiggy has expanded to over 40 new cities cities, some of them being Agra, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Coimbatore, Kochi, Nagpur, Lucknow, Vizag, Indore, Surat, Vadodara, Mysore, Dehradun, Trivandrum, Pondicherry, Tirupur, Thrissur, Warangal, Nasik, Allahabad and Guwahati while also strengthening its presence in the existing cities.

    With a significant presence in the neighboring states of Maharashtra and Karnataka, as well as the rest of India, this will be Swiggy foray into the serene shores of Goa. Proximity to a host of scenic beaches and beautiful Portuguese architecture, Panaji attracts many tourists every year. With its rich culinary heritage, Panaji also offers rare traditional recipes and scrumptious seafood, and is a haven for those looking to explore the delicious traditional Goan cuisine.

    Through its services, Swiggy will now offer the choicest food options in the city at the doorstep of food lovers, coupled with the impeccable customer experience that the brand is known for. With over 108 restaurants onboard already, local favorites like Delhi Darbar, Barrel and bones, Route 66, Kokni Kanteen and The Brasserie will now be available on the platform. In fact, popular haunts such as Delhi Darbar, Barrel and bones and Route 66 will be available exclusively on the Swiggy. Swiggy is also running 10% off on orders on majority of the restaurants in the city.

To ensure that consumers have access to their favorite food, Swiggy will deliver from a wider radius of as much as 6 km. Consumers can not only order from these restaurants without any restrictions on the minimum order value but can also track their orders live on the Swiggy app. With the fastest food delivery service in the country, people from Panaji now have their food delivered at lightning-fast speed, along with multiple payment options.

    Swiggy for Restaurants: Swiggy provides city-restaurants with the tools and technology to reach new customers. In addition to driving order volumes through the platform, partner restaurants can strengthen their delivery services, brand equity, and recall value through the app. Swiggy has also launched a revamped owner app for restaurants that will allow them to efficiently manage the thousands of orders they receive, through real-time updates on their performance, consumer feedback, menu analysis and so on.
