KOZHIKODE:
IT companies in the country should adopt a strategic approach that aligns well with India’s digital aspirations, according to Prof Venkitaraman S of IIM-Kozhikode.
Such an approach is essential when India’s IT industry is poised to scale new heights as a global powerhouse, Prof Venkitaraman noted while speaking here at the members’ meeting held by Group of Technology Companies (GTECH), an association of IT companies in the state, at Government Cyberpark.
“The domain landscape is changing rapidly amid significant changes posed by factors such as technological advancements, economic uncertainties and geopolitical shifts,” he said, while delivering a lecture on ‘Strategy in Changing Times’.
Indian IT companies must brace up to seize the opportunities and overcome the challenges that crop up on their way, he said.
The event was attended by prominent figures from the IT community of Kozhikode.
