The Executive Director of Tata Centre for Technology and Design of Massachusetts Institute of Technology Dr. Angeliki Diane Rigos met Cusat Vice Chancellor Dr. J. Letha, at her office. Considering the growing involvement in research activities and in higher education field by Cusat, Dr. Angeliki expressed the interest for collaboration with Cusat by executing about sixty projects in the areas of Energy, Water Resources, Environment, Housing and Food Security, which were developed at the Tata Centre,. She also expressed her interest in sharing the research facilities as well as the basic amenities of Cusat for Project Students of MIT. Dr. P. G. Sankaran, Pro-Vice Chancellor and Dr. K. K.Saju, Director, IRAA were also present.
