Motivational Speaker Aftab Azim Speaks at VMSIIHE

With the ever changing and fast paced corporate society, personality development is essential for youngsters stepping into the professional environment to make a mark in the industry. Realizing the importance of personality development, V. M. Salgaocar Institute of International Hospitality Education (VMSIIHE) located at Raia organised a personality development workshop for its students.
Aftab Azim, Resource person and motivational speaker, opened the minds of students during the interactive workshop which focused on Emotional Intelligence, Memory Power, Interview Skills & Group Discussions, Building Confidence, Motivation for Life and on enhancing their communication skills and interpersonal skills in order to function in professional and social settings effectively.
The workshop touched upon essential topics such as effective planning, time management and implementation for setting goals and achieving both personal and professional goals; to learn to evaluate oneself for further growth, personally and professionally. The content was full of practical examples from day to day life important in a professional environment.
The students enjoyed the workshop thoroughly and gave positive feedback that workshop was excellent, the trainer was well-versed with his content. He was also able to connect with the audience effectively and the content was presented in relatable manner.
