    KOCHI:
    CUSAT invites applications for Post-doctoral (3) and Junior Research Fellowships (2) from eligible candidates to work in the research project entitled “Ultrafast laser beamlines for Multidisciplinary, Multitasking Research Programmes”.

    The project is under the Chancellor’s award project of CUSAT and is a multidisciplinary project involving the Department of Physics, Department of Chemistry, International School of Photonics, Department of Polymer Science & Rubber Technology, and Department of Biotechnology. Post-doctoral positions are in Femtosecond Lasers and Applications, Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine and Two-dimensional Material Fabrication for Neuromorphic Electronic Circuits. JRF vacancies are in Development and applications of Transient Absorption Spectroscopy system with femtosecond lasers and Femtosecond laser interactions with solids and material ablation.     All positions are purely temporary, extendable till 2024 and coterminous with the project. Fellowships/Honorarium/HRA will be as per norms and regulations of the Cochin University of Science & Technology. Upper age limit for post-doctoral positions is 40 years and that for JRF positions is 30 years as on 01.07.2021.
