  • Vowstay App Unveiled; Booking Hotel Rooms Anywhere in Kerala Just Turned Easy

By NE Reporter on April 29, 2018

    THIRUVANANTHAPURAM:
Vowstay, an exclusive platform that facilitates hotel booking anywhere in Kerala, was launched here today. Enabling customers to book budget, comfort, premium, and luxury hotel rooms at the best competitive rates, the Vowstay app provides an option to choose hotels, resorts, home stays etc, as per the travelers’ choice.
Unveiled by Thiruvananthapuram-based Vowstay Specialty Stays, a company that is part of the reputed Direct Publishers, the new app lists out all specialty stays available across Kerala and travelers will be able to choose their hotels of choice as per their interest.
According to Jebi Isaac Muttuvelil, Director, Vowstay Specialty Stays, the foremost advantage of the Vowstay app is that it helps in exploring destinations. “A traveler can explore all destinations in Kerala, on a district-wise basis, and it would come up with detailed descriptions and photos of the destinations. All the 650 tourist destinations in Kerala are perfectly linked with Google Maps and any one would be able to easily route their destinations through this app. It also provides nearby hotel bookings to all these tourist spots.”
Adding that Vowstay is the one and only all-Kerala hotel booking mobile application that provides better stay options with best competitive rates, Sunil Kumar T K, Director, Vowstay Specialty Stays added: “We have already tied up with more than 1000 hotels across Kerala. Our plan is to have tie ups with 2000 hotels by the end of 2018”.
Direct Publishers and Vowstay Specialty Stays have, through their tourism marketing campaigns over the past several years, garnered thorough knowledge about all tourist destinations in Kerala. Also, the companies have managed to forge good customer rapport among all hotels, resorts, home stays in the state. The launch of the Vowstay app has come about as a result of this experience, Isaac pointed out.
The app, according to him, would come handy for all tourists visiting Kerala, and also the hoteliers in the state. The app will also go a long way forward in promoting Kerala Tourism across the globe, he said. Vowstay envisages customers to choose hotels and stays from hundreds of specialty stays’ option list under the heading Specialty Stays.
The Vowstay application’s parent company, Direct Publishers, has been publishing telephone directories, yellow pages, and commercial / industrial directories for the past 17 years. The products have already made a name across the state, and have carried trusted titles like “Tourism Kerala” in association with the Department of Tourism, The Thiruvananthapuram Yellow Pages, The Kerala State Industrial and Tourism Directory (in association with KSIDC, Govt. of Kerala) and other district directories.
As an introductory offer the company would also offer upto 65 percent discount in the market prices at select 200 hotels. The offer will be passed on to those who make early bookings. Further, it would also provide free hotel bookings worth Rs 50 lakhs to people who share and promote the Vowstay app among friends. The Vowstay app can be downloaded on Playstore. The App store launch will happen soon.
